Privacy notice
Summary
Personal data is processed only where it is necessary to operate this website or to handle a request you have deliberately submitted. There is no newsletter list, no marketing tracking, and no profile building.
Controller
The controller for any processing is the media owner named in the imprint. Contact: contact@ilconvivio.ai.
Hosting and server logs
When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (truncated IP address, timestamp, user agent) is processed by the hosting provider. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Request form
When the "Register your interest" form is submitted, the submission includes your name, your email address, your company affiliation, your role and your stated reason. This data is used solely to handle your request and is not passed to any third party for any other purpose.
Email delivery is carried out by Resend, Inc. (Delaware, USA) as a processor on the controller's behalf. To keep European requests within the EU network, the EU sending region is used where available. The transfer to the United States takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place. Legal basis for the processing: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
To limit abuse, a hash of the submitting IP address is counted by the hosting provider's rate limiter for one minute and then automatically discarded.
"Ask Convivio": AI-assisted answer feature
The site may offer an optional input field that allows you to ask a free-text question about the Convivio programme. Your input is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA), the provider of the underlying language model, and processed briefly to generate a response. Anthropic is contractually bound not to use submitted inputs to train its own models. The transfer is made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). Please do not enter personal data into this field.
Audience measurement (Plausible)
This site uses Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia). Plausible does not use cookies, does not build individual user profiles, and does not transfer personal data to third countries. Only aggregate metrics, such as page views and referring domain, are collected. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies
No cookies are set for marketing or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary cookies are used, and only where a specific function requires them.
Retention
Form submissions are retained in the controller's email inbox for as long as is necessary to respond to the enquiry and conduct any follow-up correspondence. They are deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to specific kinds of processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria: the Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at) at any time.
